Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in a construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document control.
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth document flow and retrieval.
- Track document revisions and updates, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of GCC experience in document control within construction projects.
- Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.
Special Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
