Document Controller

At Kazamer Tax Consultant, we believe that well-organized documentation is the foundation of smooth operations and compliance. We are looking for a Document Controller to join our Dubai office who will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing company documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
  • Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Distribute and archive documents according to internal policies.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper document flow and approval processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document storage.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a document controller or in administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
