Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure proper filing and retrieval.
  • Maintain an updated record of all files, reports, and confidential data.
  • Ensure that all documents comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Distribute, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain version control to avoid discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client records.

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
