Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that documents are properly maintained, accessible, and compliant with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and distribution.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate document retrieval.
  • Prepare reports, registers, and document logs as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller for minimum 3 years
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
