Job Description:
- Collect, process, and store electronic and hard copy documents such as drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
- Manage document revisions and updates to ensure that all project teams and stakeholders have access to the most current and approved versions.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and archiving project documents.
- Distribute controlled copies of documents and drawings to relevant staff, subcontractors, and clients while keeping updated records of all distributions.
- Conduct quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance with company standards and external regulations.
- Ensure documents adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use document control software and platforms to manage, track, and organize documents efficiently.
- Prepare reports on document status, changes, and compliance for project managers and other key stakeholders.
- Liaise with various project teams, such as engineering, design, and construction, to ensure smooth document flow and address document-related issues.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive project information, restricting access to authorized personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with document control software and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate document handling and quality checks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding construction processes and the importance of technical documentation.
- Proven working experience in construction industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Fluent in English
