Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and control documents and records across our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of documentation, maintain compliance with company standards, and support various departments with document handling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized document filing system (physical and/or digital).
- Ensure all documents are up to date, properly labeled, and version-controlled.
- Support audits and inspections by providing requested documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other departments to track document submissions and approvals.
- Use document control systems/software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Unifier, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Proficient in document control software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of document control standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
