Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable.
  • Update logs and document registers regularly.
  • Support project and management teams with documentation needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience as a document controller is an advantage.
