Key Responsibilities:
- Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable.
- Update logs and document registers regularly.
- Support project and management teams with documentation needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience as a document controller is an advantage.
