The Document Controller will oversee all landscaping project documentation, making sure it is accurate, well-organized, and compliant with corporate guidelines. This position is essential for preserving the accuracy of project documentation and promoting efficient team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, store, and maintain project documents, including contracts, proposals, and drawings.
- Implement and manage document control processes to ensure proper documentation practices.
- Enter and update project information into databases.
- Maintain an accurate log of all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate document exchange and approvals.
- Serve as the point of contact for all documentation-related inquiries.
- Track document revisions and updates, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest versions.

Requirements:
