Full job description
- Keep records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Organize and store documents properly (soft copy and hard copy).
- Prepare and update document logs and registers.
- Make sure all documents have the right numbers, versions, and approvals.
- Coordinate with other departments for document submission and review.
- Follow document control procedures and keep everything up to date.
- Help during audits by providing documents when needed.
Experience -Minimum 1 year as an Document Controller
The candidate should be able to work efficiently with MS Office tools .
