Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and project files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Ensure accurate document control processes in line with company policies.
  • Receive, review and register incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Maintain document logs, trackers, and archives for quick retrieval.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and clients for document submission and approvals.
  • Ensure version control, proper document coding, and secure access to sensitive files.
  • Prepare and circulate transmittals, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of updated drawings, specifications, and related documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, glass, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
