We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team and ensure efficient management of company documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing and version control.
- Receive, track, and monitor documents, including contracts, reports, and project files.
- Ensure all documents are accurately logged, updated, and archived in compliance with company policies.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company documents.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.
