Full job description

Core Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Creating, receiving, logging, numbering, filing, scanning, and distributing documents.
  • Version Control: Ensuring only the latest, approved versions of documents are in use, tracking revisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Checking documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and policies.
  • Storage & Security: Securely storing both electronic and hard copies, managing access, and implementing security measures.
  • Reporting & Support: Generating reports, providing document access, and assisting teams and auditors.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and document management software (like SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.

Typical Duties

  • Processing technical drawings, reports, and contracts.
  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems (electronic/physical).
  • Training staff on document control procedures.
  • Liaising with project teams and management.
  • Managing document archives and secure disposal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
