MapleJet is a global leader in coding and marking solutions. As we rapidly expand our distributor network in Dubai, we are looking for a dedicated Distributor Account Manager to strengthen our distributor relationships, ensure sustained sales growth, and support our sales roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture strong, lasting relationships with our existing distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide targeted sales and marketing support.
- Ensure timely follow-up on:
- Quarterly/monthly sales forecasts.
- Distributor purchase orders (POs), invoices, and shipments.
- Payment collections.
- Handle and resolve operational, technical, and commercial issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, marketing) to align distributor success with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in distributor management, or key account management (industrial products or B2B sales experience is a plus).
- Strong skills in sales forecasting, reporting, and payment follow-up.
- Ability to manage distributor accounts by providing a balanced mix of sales, commercial, and operational support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (knowledge of Zoho CRM is an advantage).
- Willingness to travel domestically to meet with distributors and attend exhibitions.
