Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand promotion.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and updated with the latest listings.
- Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Track key digital marketing KPIs and provide performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with content creation, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and website management (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for better results.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
