Job Description

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments i.e Rooms, Sales & F&B in creating effective marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing Novotel Sharjah presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase Novotel Sharjah and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and make data-driven recommendations
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
  • Experience with graphic design and content production.
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
