Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Higher Secondary or Higher

Responsibilities

• Assist driver in loading and unloading of packages
• Ensure timely delivery of packages to customer locations
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from customers
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions
• Maintain records of delivery documentation
