Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates integrity and reliability; maintains confidentiality and accountability; committed to ethical conduct.
• Neat, well-presented, and maintains high personal hygiene standards.
• Always in company’s uniform.
• Manual Driving License: Must hold a valid manual driving license.
• Truck Operations: Operate the truck to deliver, transfer, or relocate coffee machines, and handle refills of all products as needed.
• Refilling Supplies: Refill coffee machines with water, coffee beans, chocolate, Karak tea, sugar, cups, etc.
• Machine Maintenance: Follow procedures for cleaning and maintaining assigned coffee machines with care.
• Cleaning and Waste Reporting: Clean coffee machines as needed, especially for insect or hygiene issues, and submit waste reports.
• Technical Logging: Use the Odoo application to document technical issues and completed tasks for each coffee machine.
• Telemetric System: Be knowledgeable in operating the telemetrics system for monitoring coffee machine functionality.
• Team Communication: Actively participate in the team WhatsApp group for daily updates, reporting, and promptly following instructions.
• Location Responsiveness: Respond swiftly to service needs at any Dubai Police location as required.
• Working Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour break); 6 working days a week, with 1 day off (Sunday) or as per workload.
• Will handle urgent issues when needed: refills, relocations, and any other coffee machine-related concerns to resolve problems at any Dubai Police location.
