Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation, reports, and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service reports, and client interactions.
  • Support post-delivery activities, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and customer feedback collection.
