Full job description

• Pick up and deliver items (food, parcels, documents, etc.) to customers promptly.
• Ensure orders are delivered in good condition and verify customer details before delivery.
• Maintain delivery records and update delivery status in the system or mobile app.
• Handle payments (cash or card) and ensure accurate transaction reporting.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Keep the delivery bike clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers for delivery updates.
• Report any incidents, delays, or issues during delivery to the supervisor immediately.
