Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Debt Management Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, negotiating with creditors, and providing effective debt management solutions. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of the financial landscape in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of client debt accounts.
• Communicate with clients to understand their financial situation and provide tailored advice.
• Negotiate with financial institutions and creditors on behalf of clients to achieve favorable repayment plans.
• Develop and implement effective debt management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulations in the UAE’s financial sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience in the debt management or financial sector in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial products, credit cards, and personal loans.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
