Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update and maintain accurate data in company databases.
  • Review data English and Arabic for errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
  • Prepare Sold Property SPAs (Sales Purchase Agreements), booking forms and customer files.
  • Conduct compliance checks on sales transactions and approval.
  • Upload, track and archive sales contracts and supporting documents in ERP and internal filing system.
  • Ensure signed SPAs are verified, complete and properly recorded to support Finance and Registration.
  • Generate basic reports as needed related to sales transactions.
  • Ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
  • Support administrative tasks when required.
