Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our operations across data analysis and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, stock records, and financial documentation and be able to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business, sales, and inventory data
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Maintain data accuracy across systems (Excel / ERP / POS)
• Support decision-making through insights and analysis

Accounts Assistant

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and documentation
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Support invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and filing
• Assist with VAT records, reconciliation, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Data, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (retail / trading industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / similar is an advantage)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in retail, distribution, or inventory-driven businesses
• Basic knowledge of VAT compliance (UAE preferred)
• Experience preparing management reports
