Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from stored data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Perform regular backups of important data to prevent loss.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data management tools.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
