Full job description

• We are seeking a skilled or fresher Laptop Quality Checking Lady Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, and maintaining laptops , ensuring minimal downtime and smooth IT operations. The technician should have strong or basic troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to provide excellent team support.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Installing OS and drivers in Laptops
• Backup Software

Basic Skill Set Required:

• Knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), basic Linux/macOS exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Install and upgrade windows drivers.
• Maintain service logs, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree or IT related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware components.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Nature :

• Target Base Work
• Laptop Quality Checking as per Requirement
• 9 AM to 7 PM Duty Time
