Job Purpose

The Data Analyst will support KFG’s leadership teams by analyzing data across operations, marketing, finance, and HR to provide clear insights that support effective decision-making across KFG nurseries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from enrollment, occupancy, fees, marketing, HR, and finance systems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present clear insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel.
• Support senior management with regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance teams to answer business questions using data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in education, retail, healthcare, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
