– Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
– Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
