Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales by encouraging users to register accounts and actively participate on the platform through chat and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and benefits to maximize user engagement.
  • Assist users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction-related queries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (primary and secondary).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and user activity.
  • Use Excel for data tracking, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Deliver persuasive, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements:


  • Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains will be an added advantage).
  • Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
