We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Female preferred) to handle customer inquiries and service coordination for our home maintenance business. This is a work-from-home role, suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages
  • Collect service details and coordinate with the operations team
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers
  • Maintain basic records of customer requests

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Ability to communicate in Urdu and Arabic (preferred)
  • Prior customer service or call-center experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and typing skills
  • Own laptop and stable internet connection
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 (depending on experience)
