We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Female preferred) to handle customer inquiries and service coordination for our home maintenance business. This is a work-from-home role, suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages
- Collect service details and coordinate with the operations team
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers
- Maintain basic records of customer requests
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate in Urdu and Arabic (preferred)
- Prior customer service or call-center experience is an advantage
- Good communication and typing skills
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 (depending on experience)
