Role Overview:
Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure excellent customer service across box office, ushers, and concession areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support customer service team
- Manage daily operations and staff schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Coordinate with management for events and promotions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (cinema/hospitality/retail preferred)
- Supervisory or team leader background
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
