Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Sales:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into actual customers.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer service activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales (minimum 5 year).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
