Alliance 360 is seeking motivated and energetic Telecallers / Business Development Associates to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to earn based on performance. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Clearly explain company services and offerings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed call logs, records, and updates using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

• Confident phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, convincing, and customer-focused approach.
• High energy, positive mindset, and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Background in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Safety is an advantage.
