Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our services/products, and closing deals to meet set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
  • Clearly communicate product/service details to customers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to ensure successful conversions
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using the CRM system
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
