Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound chats and calls to assist users on the platform.
  • Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and promotions to increase user activity and engagement.
  • Support users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and general queries.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and user interactions.
  • Use Excel for tracking data, updating reports, and monitoring performance.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains is a plus).
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and formulas).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
