Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound chats and calls to assist users on the platform.
- Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and promotions to increase user activity and engagement.
- Support users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and general queries.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and user interactions.
- Use Excel for tracking data, updating reports, and monitoring performance.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains is a plus).
- Fluency in Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and formulas).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational day shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
