About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads and assess potential client interest.
- Conduct follow-ups via CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
- Provide updates and reports on lead progress to management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the perfume and cosmetics industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic office software.
