This position is responsible for achieving of shipment of monthly/yearly planned forecast of Can-Stock and providing a high level of customer satisfaction and services through a close contact with internal and external stakeholders.책임 및 자격:

[Main Responsibilities]

• Ensuring the delivery, shipment of sales target by the strategic plans.
• Monthly forecast management and support align with internal stakeholders. Follow up with customers for POs to support the forecast.
• Conduct order management (order input, production/inventory control) and analysis of demand, supply, inventory, etc for direct sales and Soft Tolling.
• Handling export documentation, which includes LC documentation.
• Weekly delivery and shipping schedule update to customers
• Act as a first responder to customers’ needs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Preparation of monthly reports to customers & MIS reports for management.

[Qualification]

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Team player and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Novelis in Commercial, Customer service, Operational or Financial roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders. Good command of English in both written and spoken form
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Positive mindset and ability to work with Commercial and Technical stakeholders across various levels at customer locations and internally within Novelis
