Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive document checks and verifications in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Embassy/Consulate of India.
  • Promote Value-Added Services (VAS) to customers in a professional and informative manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining politeness, clarity, and professionalism at all times.
  • Verify that all required documents are complete and accurate before submission.
  • Stay constantly updated on any procedural or policy changes issued by the Embassy of India.
  • Assist customers with form filling and ensure all application details are properly entered.
  • Explain the post-submission process clearly, including how to track applications.
  • Conduct a final review of applications, ensuring there are no errors or missing details.
  • Handle day-end cash tallying and accounting with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain full compliance with BLS International’s behavioral standards, ethics, and process guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience in the visa or travel industry is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours as required.
  • Must hold a valid visa (Spouse / Family / Freelance).
