Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive document checks and verifications in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Embassy/Consulate of India.
- Promote Value-Added Services (VAS) to customers in a professional and informative manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining politeness, clarity, and professionalism at all times.
- Verify that all required documents are complete and accurate before submission.
- Stay constantly updated on any procedural or policy changes issued by the Embassy of India.
- Assist customers with form filling and ensure all application details are properly entered.
- Explain the post-submission process clearly, including how to track applications.
- Conduct a final review of applications, ensuring there are no errors or missing details.
- Handle day-end cash tallying and accounting with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain full compliance with BLS International’s behavioral standards, ethics, and process guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in the visa or travel industry is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours as required.
- Must hold a valid visa (Spouse / Family / Freelance).
