Work and Responsibilities:

  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the product and services offered by the company.
  • Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications
  • Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved.
  • Initiate outbound calls and ensuring a steady flow of potential clients to the sales.
  • Obtaining client’s information and other relevant data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication & follow-up
  • Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and options available in the market
  • Guide clients through mortgage applications process, including gathering required documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of mortgage regulations, interest rates, and market trends
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients’ needs, fostering positive relationship
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent

Requirements:

  • Female Preferably
  • Experience in customer service/telecalling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

PAY: Salary + Commission
