Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist/Operations, located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Specialist/Operations will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks will include offering support to customers, managing their experiences, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred
