We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to assist clients with government attestation of documents. The role involves guiding customers through procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a smooth and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with government attestation of educational documents
- Guide clients through submission, verification, and collection processes
- Verify document requirements and provide accurate information on procedures, fees, and timelines
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
- Stay updated on attestation rules and government guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Must be currently available in the UAE
