We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our customer services team. This role is primarily work from home and focuses on handling online customer service queries, managing e-commerce platforms, and assisting with product listings.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written English, basic IT knowledge, and be comfortable working with online systems and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms (eBay, website, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer service queries professionally and promptly
  • Resolve customer issues, returns, and order queries efficiently
  • Assist with creating, updating, and managing online product listings
  • Ensure accurate product information and descriptions are maintained
  • Update internal systems with customer interactions and order notes
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow company processes and service standards at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent written English (this is a must)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably online or e-commerce based
  • Comfortable working from home and managing workload independently
  • Basic IT knowledge, including:
  • Using computers confidently
  • Online platforms and web-based systems
  • Email, spreadsheets, and basic data entry
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
