We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Staff. The ideal candidate will manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with JAFZA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations.
- Handle customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage sales and client relationships within the logistics workflow.
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations and documentation.
- Resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records using logistics management tools and software.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Experience with JAFZA regulations is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Preferably experience in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
