  • Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring every interaction leaves the customers feeling valued and appreciated.
  • Provide outstanding, personalised customer service across email, phone, and customer platforms (such as CRM and order management tools).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team goals.
  • Leverage customer feedback to improve processes and support the development of Furchild Customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the product team to track responses and contribute to future improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to areas such as customer insights, user experience, and operations.
  • Grow your knowledge of pet health, care and wellness to assist customers better.
  • Represent Fuchild’s values in every interaction.


Qualifications

  • Background in customer-facing roles with exposure to e-commerce platforms and the fast-moving nature of start-ups.
  • Skilled at building strong customer relationships through personalised service, whether by phone, email, chat, or direct customer-facing interactions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and order management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with keen attention to grammar.
  • An outgoing, confident personality with a knack for building rapport.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to combine excellent service with contributing to sales, upselling, and retention objectives.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates a great sense of humor and a strong passion for natural products and all things pet-related.
