We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant who will be will be based in our office at Jafza One and will support the activities of our Sales Executives as well as the day-to-day work of Dubai Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry – Input of prospects, projects, samples, quotations, proforma and orders.
  • Data Management – Ensure regular and detailed databases follow-up and updates.
  • Follow-up – Ensure the smooth and timely processing of all the requests, projects, samples & orders of the company.
  • Coordination – Actively initiate, follow and coordinate the different projects between all parties (Sales, Production, R&D, Marketing, Logistic, Finance…).
  • Sales Support – Assist the preparation and during meetings with clients.
  • Logistic – Prepares samples expeditions, along with documentations correspondence reports and technical datasheets or marketing documentation for client visits or meetings.

  • Perfect English practice (spoken & written) – Arabic, Italian, French or German speakers highly appreciated
