  • Knowledge of healthcare training programs and certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
