About the Role
We are expanding our team and are looking for a high-energy Customer Service & Sales Agent with strong telesales experience and a passion for customer service. You will play a key role in handling inquiries, converting leads, driving revenue, and supporting customers throughout their journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to inquiries, explain services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify customer needs and proactively upsell relevant services to maximize revenue.
- Follow-Up & Retention: Maintain ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Customer Experience: Address concerns and complaints with professionalism and ensure a high-quality service experience.
- CRM & Documentation: Record all interactions, bookings, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the operations and service delivery teams.
- Targets & Performance: Consistently achieve sales and conversion KPIs.
- Flexibility: Be open to supporting additional tasks in line with a fast-growing startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales / call center / BPO environments (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to convert, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed performance targets.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle pressure, rejection, and a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willing to work 10 hours/day, 6 days/week (including breaks).
