Role Overview:
We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative with solid experience in the UAE market. In this role, you will be the key liaison for our Arabic-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally (English Language is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Arabic-speaking customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Handle order processing, account updates, and other administrative tasks with high accuracy.
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue closure.
  • Develop expertise in company products/services to offer reliable support and advice.
  • Work with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies.
  • Uphold company values and ensure a positive brand image in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, specifically within the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of local (UAE) customer service practices and cultural nuances.
  • Outstanding communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
