Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for all incoming and existing clients. This role is critical in delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from first message to service completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound client inquiries (WhatsApp, phone, email)
  • Act as the first contact for new and existing customers
  • Book services, confirm details, and coordinate with operations
  • Respond to client questions, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and service notes
  • Ensure timely updates and clear communication with clients
  • Escalate issues when needed and follow through until resolved

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in customer service or coordination role
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks
  • Experience with CRM, WhatsApp Business, or booking systems is a plus
