Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for all incoming and existing clients. This role is critical in delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from first message to service completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound client inquiries (WhatsApp, phone, email)
- Act as the first contact for new and existing customers
- Book services, confirm details, and coordinate with operations
- Respond to client questions, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and service notes
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication with clients
- Escalate issues when needed and follow through until resolved
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in customer service or coordination role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks
- Experience with CRM, WhatsApp Business, or booking systems is a plus
