- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Please provide accurate information about our inspection services and packages.
- Assist customers with booking appointments and answering pre- and post-service questions.
- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a calm and solution-focused manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to relay customer needs and service issues.
