Full job description

We are looking for a Social Media Customer Service Representative to manage and respond to customer inquiries across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is friendly, fast, detail-oriented, and understands how to communicate professionally while maintaining the brand tone.

* Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages and comments on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, pricing, and delivery
  • Provide accurate information and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain quick response times and high customer satisfaction
  • Log conversations and customer feedback when required
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Follow brand voice and communication guidelines

* Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or social media handling
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and DM handling
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce or online businesses is a plus
