Customer Relations Executive (Emirati Nationals Only)

Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role represents the company professionally and supports strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide accurate information about company services
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Record and update customer information accurately
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
