Customer Relations Executive (Emirati Nationals Only)
Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role represents the company professionally and supports strong, long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide accurate information about company services
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Record and update customer information accurately
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met
Qualifications & Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
